2 - Middle -tier HR personnel (or the equivalent) with a general HR focus
Middle -tier HR personnel or HR Business Partner (HRBP) specialize to achieve organizational goals. They oversee a strategy to achieve organizational objectives in close liaison with senior leadership. They perform the following job responsibilities:
Strategic planning:
Middle -tier HR personnel or HRBP collects data on employee retention, satisfaction, and engagement. He further identifies the areas of improvement to strategize HR organizational goals.
HR initiatives:
She/He is responsible for initiating an employee recognition program. He also implements new HR practices.
Evaluation of HR technology:
She/He proposes and implements HR technology e.g., communication software, well-being solution, employee rewards, and recognition platform.
Creating competitive organization:
She/He is responsible for a 360-degree overview of the HR-related strategies and line up them with the objectives of the organization in order to archive goals.
